 Support: Downloading your designs

If you are a registered customer you can access your recently purchased designs by logging onto the client area and following the links to your personal download area.


The files on your download area have been compressed into a standard internet format; this means that they are quicker and easier for you to download.

When your download is complete you will see a file labelled with your design name and ending in ".zip". This is the compressed version of the folder containing your designs.

In order to "uncompress" this folder you will need to use the program WinZip. If your PC does not already have WinZip installed then a free evaluation copy can be downloaded here.

Once WinZip is installed onto your PC simply double click (or right click depending on your version of Windows) on your ".zip" file and you will be prompted to save the uncompressed and useable folder.

Mac users simply have to double click on the ".zip" file and an application called Stuffit (which is bundled with all Macintosh computers) will uncompress the file.

WinZip is a an invaluable application when dealing with the internet: therefore if you do experience difficulties someone in your IT department should be able to resolve them for you.
